If you’ve made a resolution to lose weight, can I challenge you to rethink it? Now before you get upset with me hear me out, I want you to lose the weight too.
I’m suggesting that if you’ve made a resolution to lose weight, you are strong, determined and ready, right? So you go on a diet, maybe start hitting the gym or walking, whatever exercise fits you. And you will start to lose weight. So what’s wrong with that?
Statistics tell us that people fall off their diets and quit the gym as soon as 2-3 weeks into the new year. All the gym regulars know that there will be a influx of people to contend with each January and that they’ll be pretty much gone by March.
Let’s say you actually lose the weight, now what? How will you keep it off, or will you yoyo like so many people do?
I say resolve to change your habits, thoughts, and beliefs about your lifestyle in regard to weight. Don’t just lose the weight and check it off your list only to gain it and more back. By changing your lifestyle you will change your body, and if you maintain the changes you’ve made, you will also maintain your weight as a byproduct.
I believe you can absolutely use weight loss shakes as a tool. Use them to cut calories and to supplement and improve the nutrition you give your body. Use them to get a jump on success and keep using them for a time to help you get to your goal quicker, but also change your lifestyle in the process. Don’t change your body without changing your your mind.
To Your Success!
